Service Fees
Individual Sessions
Individual Session are $150 for a 50 minute session. Extra time maybe added on for an additional fee.
Couple and Family Sessions
Couple and Family Session are $180 for a 50 minute session.
*It is often recommended to engage in 90 minutes session for couples therapy. The rate for these session are prorated to 1.5 times the regular session rate.
Insurance
Mindfully Here and Now accepts Tricare West. We provide Superbills for clients to submit to additional out of network providers for direct compensation; if mental health services are covered under your insurance plan. Please check your plan carefully.
Cancellation Policy
Mindfully Here and Now reserves appointment times specifically for our clients and request that they honor that time. Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice if they should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise there is a $125 late cancel fee. Monday appointments need to be canceled by 5 PM Friday. This fee is the client's responsibility to pay as insurance does not cover late cancellation fees.
